ABOUT THE SPINE CENTER

The Spine Center is a specialized orthopedic and spinal care practice providing evidence-based treatment for patients suffering from spinal conditions across Texas and Florida. With locations in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Plano, and Corpus Christi, TX, as well as Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, FL, the practice serves a broad range of patients, from those dealing with localized back and neck pain to those requiring complex reconstructive spinal surgery.

Led by fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon Dr. Saqib Siddiqui, The Spine Center is built on a straightforward conviction: spine treatment should not just relieve pain; it should preserve function and restore quality of life. Every patient is evaluated as an individual, and every treatment plan is built around what that individual actually needs.

Founding and Vision

Founded by Dr. Saqib Siddiqui, MD

Dr. Siddiqui founded The Spine Center on a belief that continues to shape every aspect of the practice: that no two patients experience spine pain in the same way, and therefore no single procedure should be offered as the answer to everyone. Too many patients receive one-size-fits-all treatment for conditions that are deeply individual. The Spine Center was built to do something different.

By integrating advanced technology with proven surgical methods, the practice has grown from its founding vision into a multi-location practice serving patients across the southern United States. The growth has been driven not by expansion for its own sake, but by the recognition that more patients in more communities deserve access to the level of individualized, expert spinal care that The Spine Center provides.

Before seeing Dr. Siddiqui, I was practically maxed out on my pain medication. I was confined to my home most of the time for the past two years. I spent a lot of time in bed because lying down relieved the pain. My quality of life had disappeared. I had already tried injections, nerve ablation, and physical therapy. Nothing helped. I needed surgery urgently. My doctor recommended Dr. Siddiqui. He was a godsend! I had a lumbar laminectomy. It was a same-day surgery here at the surgical center, and I woke up pain-free! After years of enduring the pain, I thought nothing would help. I was wrong! Dr. Siddiqui is so caring and professional. I’m walking again, I have my life back. I also had to have neck surgery, which he performed about six weeks later. I’m out in the world and enjoying life again! I thought I would never see this day. Thank you, Dr. Siddiqui!
