At The Spine Center, we provide transparent information regarding our financial policies. We are a PPO-Only practice.
WHAT WE ACCEPT:
PPO Plans: If your insurance card says PPO or you have Out-of-Network benefits, we accept your insurance.
Self-Pay: If you do not have a PPO, we offer personalized cost estimates for self-pay patients.
WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
Government Plans: We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Managed Medicare/Medicaid.
HMO Plans: We do not accept Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plans.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Do you take my PPO? Usually, yes. We work with most major PPO providers. We will verify your specific plan when you call.
What if I have Medicare? We do not bill Medicare or Medicare Supplemental (Medigap) policies. Patients with Medicare are seen under a self-pay arrangement.
Do I need a referral? No. Because we take PPOs, you generally do not need a PCP referral to see our surgeons.
