I was able to complete both procedures without even flinching.Kayla, the office manager, is the heart of this place. She goes above and beyond every single time. She’s deeply thoughtful, incredibly organized, and somehow still manages to make every patient feel like they’re her top priority—even while juggling a million things. There were moments when her kindness and encouragement were exactly what I needed to carry me through emotionally and mentally. And even though Rose is no longer there, I still want to thank her—because she and Kayla were both such a light to me during the most difficult parts of this journey.This team doesn’t just treat your condition—they care for the whole person.
